• Can you tell us a few words about your company and its activity?
Humanis is an HR consulting firm based in Greece, focusing on providing solutions in human resources management, such as training and skills development, while promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity. The company was founded in 2010 and was recognized in 2022 as one of the 10 best companies in Europe in Diversity and Inclusion services.
• What are the main challenges or goals in your industry?
Our goal is to continuously discover new trends and techniques in human resource management and to create added value for our clients by providing “excellent” solutions. Furthermore, we aim to offer services that make our world a better place for everyone, delivering business results that engage stakeholders, promoting the circular economy, and encouraging good governance practices in all business activities.
2. The Problem / Need
• What was the main problem or need that led you to seek a solution?
The need was to acquire a platform that would provide us with a clear overview of the permissions granted within our SharePoint Filing System, as well as allow us to monitor and free up storage space whenever necessary.
• What was the most challenging aspect of your daily operations?
There is no built-in tool from Microsoft that allows you to view detailed permissions per folder, nor is there an automated process for clearing old files and versions to release storage space.
• What other solutions had you tried before?
We hadn’t tried any other solution; we had only purchased additional Microsoft Cloud storage space.

As mentioned, the product fully covered our needs and also offers a very user-friendly interface for both usage and management.
• How was the collaboration/implementation process?
It was very easy — the application was granted the necessary permissions, and data collection from our Microsoft 365 Tenant was completed smoothly.
• Was there anything that impressed you positively?
Yes, the very simple and intuitive user interface, along with the multiple capabilities and detailed reporting features the application provides.
4. Results
• What changes did you observe after implementing the solution?
We now have detailed reporting available whenever needed, as well as daily updates on the operations of our Microsoft 365 environment.
• Can you provide specific examples (e.g., measurable results, time improvement, cost reduction, increased sales)?
We were able to free up space in the cloud, which—without Syskit—would have required us to purchase additional storage. There has also been a significant time improvement regarding reporting and the process of adding or removing access permissions when requested.
• How has your daily routine changed?
It has improved significantly, thanks to the daily updates we receive and the overall convenience that this solution has brought to our operations.
